General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Royal Rooms Portici – FRAN SRL Società Unipersonale

1. Subject

These General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between FRAN SRL Società Unipersonale (the “Property”) and the guest (the “Customer”) for reservations made exclusively via the official website www.royalroomsportici.it

2. Rate Types
a) Non-Refundable Rate

Bookings cannot be cancelled or modified.

Full prepayment is required at the time of booking.

No refund in case of cancellation, no-show, or early departure.

b) Refundable Rate – up to 60 days

Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival.

A credit card as guarantee is required at booking, without immediate charge.

On the 59th day before arrival, the full amount will be charged automatically.

After this deadline, cancellations, no-shows, or early departures will not be refunded.

3. Payment

Payment follows the conditions of the chosen rate.

If the card is invalid or payment fails, the Property may cancel the booking without notice.

Extras, parking, and tourist tax must be paid at the Property.

4. Tourist Tax

Mandatory: €1.50 per person/night for guests over 14, payable separately at check-in.

5. Changes and Cancellations

Conditions depend on the chosen rate. Other modifications are at the Property’s discretion.

6. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in from 2:00 PM (surcharge after 8:00 PM).

Check-in with staff or via self check-in.

Check-out by 10:00 AM.

7. Liability

The Property is not responsible for force majeure (natural events, strikes, emergencies, government measures).

8. Acceptance

By confirming a booking, the Customer accepts these conditions, including the rules of the selected rate.
